EARTHBAG

Earthbags are sturdy sacks filled with compacted earth or other organic materials, forming a durable, load-bearing structure. While the technique has roots in traditional building practices, it gained modern relevance from its use in bunker construction and flood control. The process involves filling bags or tubes with slightly moist earth, which are then tamped down to create solid, resilient walls.
